This is the second in a series of four promotional videos for the premiere of my drama Riding The Comet opening September 16, 2011, produced by Actors’ NET. This video features actors John Helmke and Bill Schnakenberg and their comments on the show, experience and playing their evil roles.

View the first video featuring me (the writer) and our director Kyla M. Donnelly.

  1. I have always been intrigued by the events and stories of World War II ever since I saw my first movies and read my first books about the war when I was just a young boy in the early 60’s. The events I read about were sometimes on a grand scale, and the individual stories of struggle, courage and the good and evil side of humanity was always most interesting.

With that in mind, I was excited about going to see “Riding the Comet”. The story line seemed fresh. The actual production was absolutely wonderful. The story did not disappoint. The characters had depth; I could identify with them all in some fashion.

The direction was fabulous. A great casting job – all of the actors were well suited for their roles.

The playwright, the director and cast, deserve a hearty “Bravo!!!!”
